Kit is the other half of William Horton Consulting, a Colorado-based firm specializing in applying human factors to the task of communicating technical information.

Aside from being the business manager for the firm, Kit (as she prefers to be called) is the lead animator, icon designer (using William Horton's The Icon Book), and all-around multimedia hacker. She has illustrated Bill's last three books, including Illustrating Computer Documentation, an STC International Award winner in 1992.

Kit is the Webmaster for the William Horton Consulting Web site.
